Courses

Compressions CPR offers a variety of American Heart Association CPR courses for the healthcare provider and the general lay responder. Between our daily skills sessions and monthly friends and family-based CPR course, we hope to give students an enhanced learning experience that will leave them knowledgeable and confident.

All courses are available taught online or in a classroom as well as in home or onsite. Please contact us for more information and booking. In addition, course registration and confirmation must be completed at least 24 hours prior to start of course.

Compressions CPR is an authorized American Heart Association provider of CPR and ECC courses.


For Health Care Providers


Basic Life Support (BLS)
Covers core materials such as Adult and Pediatric CPR (including 2 rescuer scenarios and use of the bag mask), foreign body airway obstruction, and automated external defibrillation (AED). Specialized for EMS personel, physicians assistants, doctors, dentists, nurses and respiratory therapists who need credential documenting successful completion of a CPR course. Available as a classroom course or e-learning.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Designed for healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies.

Recommended for personnel in:

  • Emergency response

  • Emergency medicine

  • Intensive care and critical care units

  • Physicians

  • Nurses

  • Respiratory therapist

  • Paramedics

  • Professionals who need an ACLS course completion card for job or other requirements

Available as a classroom course or blended e-learning.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Designed for healthcare professionals who respond to emergencies with infants and children.

Recommended for personnel in:

  • Paramedics

  • Professionals who need an ACLS course completion card for job or other requirements

For Professionals and Lay Responders


Heartsaver CPR and AED with First Aid

Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid with CPR and AED is a classroom course that is designed to meet OSHA requirement.  The course teaches basic first aid, CPR and AED skills such as helping someone with a possible broken bone or sprain, giving CPR to an infant, child or an adult, and using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). 

First Aid or CPR AED (individual courses): $100

First Aid with CPR and AED: $140
Pediatric CPR and AED with First Aid: $150
Skills Evaluation: $125 (Certificate of Completion required from online course)
